The Founder
Sean founded SV² Consulting after more than 15 years in B2B sales and marketing, working as a Director of Sales and Head of Marketing at both startups and publicly traded companies. That combination — building revenue teams from scratch at early-stage companies, and operating inside the structure and scale of public companies — shapes how SV² works with clients today.
Before SV², Sean spent his career doing the same thing SV² does now for clients: taking a challenge, getting deep into it, and building something that grows into a serious player in its market. Brands, sales pipelines, marketing systems — the pattern has been consistent his whole career: one problem at a time, done properly, until it compounds into real growth.
That's the philosophy behind SV². Not chasing every trend or selling a generic package — going deep on what actually moves the needle for a specific business, whether that's local search visibility, AI search presence, or the systems running behind the scenes.
Why SV² Exists
Most SEO and AI automation agencies are run by technicians — people who understand the mechanics but have never had to actually build a pipeline, hit a number, or grow a brand from nothing. Sean's background is the opposite: years of quota-carrying sales leadership and marketing strategy, at both scrappy startups and public companies with real structure.
SV² exists because that experience translates directly into how small and medium businesses need to be helped — not with vanity reports, but with visibility and systems that actually produce leads and revenue. Sean cares specifically about startups and small/medium businesses because that's where the work is most direct: fewer layers, faster decisions, and results you can actually see.
Local Roots
Sean grew up in Corona, CA and now lives and runs SV² Consulting out of Moreno Valley — which is why SV²'s local SEO work across Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Orange County isn't theoretical. It's built by someone who actually knows these markets.
